Question 1: What happens on the first visit?

We'll perform a consultation, spinal exam, nerve scan and X-Rays. As we do, we'll explain everything along the way so you feel fully informed and comfortable. Once completed, you'll schedule a follow up visit to go over the results as the doctor will need some time to perform a bio-mechanical analysis of your X-Rays.

Question 2: What happens on the second visit?

The doctor will review your test results and x-rays with you so you have a clear understanding of what's going on and discuss different options for any needed care or referral. If it's found that we can help, you will also receive your first adjustment on this visit.

Question 3: Is there an additional charge for the second visit?

No. The price of the special includes both visits.

Question 4: Is there any obligation?

No. This thorough chiropractic exam is simply an opportunity to learn about your body and see if chiropractic care is a good fit for you. We will provide you with different options based on your case but ultimately it's your body, your health and your decision... we work for you! Our job is to meet you where you're at on your health journey and help you come up with a game plan to reach any goals you may have.

Question 5: Does the special include an adjustment?

Yes. Your first adjustment is included.

Question 6: Do I need insurance?

No. This special is cash-based and not billable to insurance. However, if you have insurance we ask that you bring your insurance card with you on your first visit. If it's found that chiropractic may be able to help you, our staff will verify your insurance coverage and have that information available for you at your second visit when the doctor goes over your results.

Question 7: I'm from out of town, can I register for the special?

Unfortunately No. This special is for local residents only.

Question 8: I don't want x-rays. Can I just get adjusted?

No. Although chiropractic adjustments are (the majority of the time) extremely safe, there are rare conditions in which an adjustment is absolutely NOT SAFE! The only way to make sure chiropractic treatment will help and not hurt you is to see EXACTLY what's going on which requires an X-Ray. In addition, we need X-Rays to know exactly where a misalignment is, which direction it has moved, and how much the vertebrae is misaligned so we can get the best results possible. Although there are a lot of chiropractors who don't take X-Rays, we're not one of them... we don't guess when it comes to our patients' health!

Question 9: Do you take insurance?

Yes. We bill most major insurance companies for our patients. We ask that patients bring their insurance card with them on their first visit so we can verify your coverage and have that information for you when you return.

Then, once we know the root-cause, we provide the most researched, published and clinically validated spinal-rehabilitative care in the world so we can go beyond short term relief and achieve long term results for our customers.

Next, I really believe you get better health outcomes when you treat the body as a whole. We provide all of our patients with free lifestyle coaching in nutrition, fitness and detoxification if they want it. This is the same information that we taught to all of our Olympic and professional athletes when I was with the Wellness Advisory Council and it's absolutely amazing the kind of results we see when people put some effort into making healthy lifestyle changes while going through care.
